Where are meetings held?

Meetings will take place at our office in Coventry, at your home or via Zoom.

Do you have parking?

Yes, we have parking available to clients at our office.

Do I have to pay for an initial meeting?

No, the initial meeting is held at our expense.

What do I need to bring to an initial meeting?

Ideally, you will have completed a Confidential Questionnaire prior to the meeting to save time.  You will also be provided with our compliance documents in advance. You should bring any documentation you may feel is relevant.

How long should I allow for an initial meeting?

The initial meeting will last 40 minutes.

Do I have to sign up to your services at an initial meeting?

No. You are under no pressure to sign up at the meeting. We will encourage you to go away and think about your decision.

How can I book an initial meeting?

You can book a meeting by directly calling the financial planner you wish to see or the main office number. You can view the profiles of our planners here.

Are you independent?

Yes, we provide independent financial advice. This allows us to find the right solution for your needs.

Are you regulated?

Yes. You can find our entry on the FCA register by clicking here.

What happens if my financial planner is away on holiday?

If your adviser is away, you will be able to see a different adviser. This will usually be Frank Corrigan.

Do you take a percentage or are your fees fixed?

Our fees can be charged as either a percentage of the money we invest for you or a fixed monetary amount. We will decide the best option to suit you.

Do you get commission?

We only receive commission on protection products.

Do you charge VAT?

No, we do not charge VAT.
